Pumpkin Pie
Line a pan with pie dough
Preheat to 425 Fahrenheit
Mix until well blended:
2 cups cooked or pre made pumpkin or canned pumpkin
1½ cups undiluted evaporated milk or rich cream
¼ cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon ginger
2 slightly beaten eggs
Pour the mixtures into the pie shell. Bake 15 min. at 425 Fahrenheit, then reduce heat to 350 Fahrenheit and bake 45 more min. until inserted knife comes out clean.
