Thank You Bundles!

Thanks to Shade’s experts, from Shades Café, we had the experience to make delicious giant lollipops of many flavors. They taught us to boil the ingredients at 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Always use a candy thermometer because the combination has to be the exact temperature; if it isn’t you could end up with a gummy substance instead of the delicious hard candy. We also learned if you don’t hold the lollipop stick still while your pouring the hot mixture your candy will be lop-sided. So again from the cooking class all of us say thank you for sharing your knowledge.
